COVID-19 Vaccine Information

We are currently in Phase 2 of the Massachusetts COVID-19 vaccine distribution plan.  Currently, residents 65 plus are eligible for the vaccine and those with two comorbidities.

Starting February 11, individuals accompanying a 75+ resident to their vaccination appointment at a mass vaccination location may also make an appointment to be vaccinated at the same location on the same day. Only one caregiver is permitted to schedule an appointment with each 75+ resident.  Additional information regarding Massachusetts Caregiver/Companion COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility can be found here:

  Phase 1 & 2 Eligible Status

Starting February 2, Town employees will be calling all residents over 75 to see if they need help registering for the COVID-19 vaccine.  Due to supply issues, there are currently very few appointments available at any of the vaccination sites state-wide.  Employees will mark down residents’ interest, ability to travel for the vaccine and other information, and then follow up to help them make appointments when they become available.

Residents 75 and over may also call the state at 2-1-1 for assistance registering for any state run clinic.  If no appointments are available when you call then you will be placed on a call back list and you will be called back when appointments are available.

The closest clinic to North Andover is the Danvers/Middleton DoubleTree Hilton Hotel and you can preregister for an appointment here. Please note, more slots will open up as vaccine becomes available. Check back frequently for additional dates.
