Dog Licensing

  • Those residents who have access to a computer can license their Dog(s) online. By Mail: North Andover Town Clerk, 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA 01845, Or drop off check in the black Town Hall Business Mail drop box in front of Town Hall.
  • Please be aware that dogs have to be current with their rabies vaccination(s), please send with registration.
  • Standard License Fees 1-Year
    Unaltered Dog $20
    Spayed/Neutered Dog $19
  • Effective January 1, 2021, any dog owner age 70 + can now register their dog at no cost.  Please contact the Town Clerk's office.  Proof of age will be required.

Elections

  • Click here to submit a vote by mail application.  If you are not able to print out the application, please send any written form of correspondence with your signature requesting an absentee ballot.  NOTE:  An application must be submitted for each calendar year.  Applications from prior year(s) do not carry over.
  • Absentee ballots are available by contacting the Town Clerk's office at 978-688-9501.  Absentee ballots are by appointment only.
  • These requests should be emailed to the Town Clerk, mailed to: North Andover Town Clerk, 120 Main Street or placed in the Town Hall Business Mail Dropbox in front of Town Hall.
