The Town of North Andover is pleased to announce that First Point Power (“First Point”) has been selected as the supplier for its Community Choice Power Supply Program (“Program”). First Point will provide electric power supply for all consumers participating in North Andover’s Program.

Notice to all Retailers in North Andover Who Sell Tobacco Products

On Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 7 p.m. in the Selectmen’s Room, 2nd floor, Town Hall, 120 Main St., North Andover, the Board of Health will hold a public hearing on proposed changes to its regulations governing the sale of tobacco products and smoking.You are invited to attend and make comments.


REMINDER: All FOOD and DUMPSTER permits now expire the end of February of each year. Please submit applications for renewal anytime after January 1st. Thank you.

About the Board:

The North Andover Board of Health is a five-member board comprised of volunteers appointed by the Town Manager for three-year long, overlapping terms. The staff of the Health Department consists of a full-time Director, one Inspector, a Secretary, and a part-time Public Health Nurse. The Board generally meets on the fourth Thursday of each month in the Town Hall Selectmen's Meeting Room, 2nd floor, 120 Main Street (unless otherwise posted).

About the Department:

The Health Department is responsible for the enforcement of the State Sanitary and Environmental Codes, the reporting and control of diseases dangerous to the public health, and the enforcement of other applicable state and local laws and regulations created to protect the health of all citizens.
