Route 125 Corridor Study

The Town of North Andover developed the Route 125 Corridor Study of the Route 125 Corridor in cooperation with Nitsch Engineering and Innes Associates, funded by MassDevelopment's Real Estate Technical Assistance Program.  The project provided a future vision and goals for the corridor and put forward a set of actionable recommendations for enhancements to zoning, infrastructure, and transportation that will enable the corridor to achieve its full potential in line with the goals of the Town.

A Route 125 Corridor Study was outlined as a goal in the 2018 North Andover Master Plan and the finished product will help the Town pursue other Master Plan goals.
