The following are a small sample of the recreation programs offered at the Youth Center:
Drop-in Activities
Every day we offer different social & recreation activities to take part in at the Youth Center! These change every day - they are written on the white board in the lobby and announced over the intercom!
Joseph Walsh Summer League Basketball
Keep a basketball in your hands over the summer and enjoy Summer League games twice a week with other middle schoolers in North Andover. There is a different division for each grade: 6th grade boys, 7th grade boys, and 8th grade boys. All games are refereed by high school basketball players.
Street Hockey
Street Hockey is a crowd favorite at the YC; it takes place all seasons! Games are played outside in our Street Hockey / Sport Court!
Black Knights Basketball League
The Youth Center's winter Black Knights basketball program is a 3 vs. 3 basketball league open to High School Boys 9th - 12th grade, who are NOT playing Freshmen, JV or Varsity. See more info on our Winter Programs page!
