Knight Work & Next Man Up

Knight Work and Next Man Up are our two middle school boys community service programs. Knight Work started up several years ago as a once weekly community service project every summer. This gave boys an opportunity to participate in hard work benefiting the town, along with creating comradery among boys in all three grades. Next Man Up was created in Spring 2018 to meet the demand of middle school boys looking for a structured and fun way to give back to their community during the school year.

Next Man Up has volunteered at the Lawrence Senior Center organizing donations for Gas Relief, doing riverbed clean-up for the Merrimack Valley Clean River Project, and has helped with organizing, sorting, cleaning and moving, at Project Home Again, Neighbors in Need, Lazarus House, Bread & Roses, and more!

You can register for Next Man Up during each season's program registration (first day of school for fall, the Monday after Thanksgiving for winter, and mid-March for spring.) Middle school boys must be Youth Center members to participate in NMU. Registration for summer Knight Work is in early April. Email Kyle at kpalladino@nayouth.com with any questions related to our boys community service programs!
