Thank you to the crews from Downer Brothers Landscaping and Peter Breen Excavating for an early start for the 2017-2018 ice rink! As of December 15th, the rink has been put together and flooded with water (Thank you to the North Andover Fire Department!) Check our Facebook posts or here for the latest notification on the rink's status!
Current Rink Status: OPEN!
What is the Youth Center Ice Rink? When the weather gets cold enough, our outside basketball court is flooded, and we have a blast on the rink for the winter months! The rink is open to the North Andover public when it's not being used for Youth Center programming. Our rules are listed at the bottom of the page. We DO NOT allow ice hockey on our rink, except when permitted through specific Youth Center programming. Check our winter programs page for information on events like an Ice Hockey Tournament, Curling, and more! When the rink is in season, please feel free to skate until our outside lights turn off (Monday - Thursday, and Saturday at 8pm, Fridays at 7pm.) Members can borrow ice skates on weekdays and Saturdays at our front desk!
Our Skate Rink comes together each year with the help of the Joseph N. Hermann Youth Center, North Andover Fire Department, Peter Breen Excavating, and Downer Brothers Landscaping. Huge thank you to those fine people for helping us make this great community space!
