0 Prescott Street 40B Comprehensive Permit

On October 23, 2025, East Mill Housing LLC (part of RCG LLC, which owns and operates substantial portions of the Davis & Furber Mills complex) submitted a 40B Comprehensive Permit Application to the Zoning Board of AppealsThe project proposes to redevelop an approximately 6.13 acre parcel located in the East Mill area at Prescott and High Street, which currently contains a one story parking garage. The project currently calls for:

296 units of multi-family residential rental units across two (2) 4/5 story buildings with a 397 space multi-story parking garage in between them;

Out of the 296 units, 74 will be income restricted in perpetuity to households earning at or below 80% of area median income.
