Youth on Track is a new collaboration between NAYRS and the North Andover Health Department. It is a running and wellness program run for preschool aged children through 3rd grade, giving them an opportunity to participate in individualized exercise and fun competition while fostering a sense of autonomy, a love of exercise, and an understanding of health lifestyle choices. Each week will have timed fun runs giving children motivation to build on their personal best.
