Community & Economic Development

The Community and Economic Development Division (CEDD) institutes and oversees programs and policies, consistent with the vision of the Town’s Master Plan, that improve the quality of life for North Andover residents and promote business development and economic growth.  Included in this are efforts to:  uphold the public interest; connect people and places; improve the downtown experience while promoting a mix of large and small businesses throughout town; diversify housing opportunities; preserve and protect natural assets; continue to find opportunities for reinvestment; and to enhance and promote a healthy community.
